INSTANT REC!!!! I cried so much reading this story, like my nose was stuffy for an hour, a lot. Loved the plot, pacing, character voices, and it was heartbreaking for so many reasons. Loved seeing Lan Wangji learning to live with someone so different, who never grew up with the Lan Clan rules, and he makes so many mistakes with good intentions. My heart also broke for Wei Wuxian who tries so hard to fit in and be useful for his new home and nothing he does works.
