I agree, Rodney does come through more often than not. I'd just like him to not be the butt of the jokes all the time...I feel like after season 1 rodney just isn't the same. But it's one of those things that is subjective? Everyone's life experiences influence how the interrpret what they read and see on TV/movies or hear. I'm rather sure the writers have no clue how some fans are interpreting their representation of Rodney. Chances are it is really funny to them and a lot of other viewers. (okay and I got a kick out of some of the stuff too) I think I'd just like them to tone it down a notch or two.

I think Rodney is okay in most episodes it's just a few where I think they go overboard with the humor at Rodney's expense.

anyway, there is no right or wrong interpretation for Rodney. I'm really glad you responded to my post even if we don't entirely agree on this subject. :) I see your pov and it's okay with me. :)
