Help?

For some reason none of the videos I play through any streaming video site will play the audio. If I open vids in VLC the sound plays fine. I can play mp3s on my computer.

Does anyone have any advice for what to do? My next solution is restarting my computer...but I didn't want to go there since I have 30 tabs open in Firefox.
