Buying underwear is hard

I got up this morning and we headed over to Wal-Mart while I was there picking out yarn and looking for a pair of gloves slightly warmer than what I currently have I passed the women's clothing section.

Now for awhile now I've been making do with 7 pair of underwear which kind of forces me to make sure I wash clothes at least once a week. I have more undies but they were too small. :( So far the ones that fit the most comfortable were the size 6 and the size 5 but only in Hanes. The delima I ran into at Wal-Mart is for the Fruit of the Loom the back of the package says I need size 7. So I spent forever agonizing over whether to get size 6 or size 7. If I got size 6 they might have been a bit too tight but would stretch with time. But with size 7 I'm afraid they might get too loose through wearing them and that's not very comfortable either. I eventually decided for size 7 because the odds of me losing weight are rather slim because I like to eat and not exercise a lot. So hopefully they work out.

I also finally picked up baby yarn for my sister's unborn baby. I figured I'm starting this project as soon as possible because I don't want to run into what happened when my sister in law was pregnant and I had to tell her to wait an extra month before having the baby because the blanket wasn't finished. I couldn't remember how much yarn I used on the last blanket. I remember I had to go to the store and buy more though. Which I may have to do but it's not like they are going to switch colors on the yarn that quickly. So I got 3 white, 2 green, and 2 yellow. I'm thinking before this blanket is finished I'll need at least 1 more yellow and green. But for now I have enough to get started.

I did get a pair of gloves. Not sure if they'll be very good for driving with or scrapping ice off my windshield but they were comfortable and warm in the store. I debated on getting the gloves with fingers or the mitten type gloves. Again you don't really need all your fingers to scrap ice off windows and I went for warmth on these gloves so mittens it is. I'll see how they work this upcoming work week.

So now I'm doing laundry and I think I'm going to try and read fan fiction for the rest of the day and maybe watch more of season 1 Chuck later tonight. And finish burning dvds.
