Okay that's just a bit scary. I think there's another program http://fanfictionloader.appspot.com/ I haven't tried it yet.

Next week when I'm at work and after my research paper is turned in I'll look into this. I was hoping to find someone that had already merged it. Thanks for looking into this though. :)
