I was recently reminded of Squee!Book which can build ebooks from multiple LJ URLs. Am trying it out. (There'll be at least some mistakes, 'cos one of the links goes to a cut tag; possibly that's a post w/multiple fic-bits, some of which may not be in this 'verse.)
I'll email you the rtf. (I figure that's easier for further tweaking than whatever epub it comes up with.)
Next week when I'm at work and after my research paper is turned in I'll look into this. I was hoping to find someone that had already merged it. Thanks for looking into this though. :)
I just used elf's links and created two rtf files. You do need to fill in your LJ user name/pwd since Fetters is in an age restricted journal. I'll email you the two rtfs. I didn't check them to see if they're complete.
I really do like halcyon shift's squee book - I use a firefox plugin that allows me to select and copy and paste links - but they need to be in one post (like chapter links in a master post).
Um out of curiosity which plugin is this??? it sounds like something I could use. :) So far I've been using DownloadThemAll! but again it's only really helpful for downloading pages and it only works if there is a master post.
I use DownthemAll even when there isn't a master post. If the person tags reliably, I can select the page (just the posts, not the top and sidebars) and then "download the selection". I created a filter called .html so when I select 'links" it grabs the posts. It sometimes grabs a bit more, but I can sort that later.

Here's the links I put into the "one url per line" box, so you can play with it yourself if you'd like:

The app I am using for link selections in Firefox is Copy Links
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/605/
But it is dependent on a master link post with chapter links. hence my use of DownThemAll if the writer is a reliable tagger
