Looking for a single file version of a fic

Does anyone have a single file version of Gates of Garmr that's not in PDF format?

I was recently reminded of Squee!Book which can build ebooks from multiple LJ URLs. Am trying it out. (There'll be at least some mistakes, 'cos one of the links goes to a cut tag; possibly that's a post w/multiple fic-bits, some of which may not be in this 'verse.)

I'll email you the rtf. (I figure that's easier for further tweaking than whatever epub it comes up with.)
