Escapade Travel arrangements help

My plane is scheduled to land at LAX on Thursday 2/22 at 1:54pm. I was hoping to find anyone else that is flying into this airport to schedule a Road Runner Shuttle depature time from there to help save on money.

Or if anyone can pick me up from the airport? I'm willing to pay for the gas to make up for the incovencience of having to stop by the airport. The prices went up on the road runner shuttle by a lot and I'm now looking at alternative options for reaching the hotel for the convention.

Well, I just booked my flight to get into LAX on Thursday afternoon. If you still want a Road Runner buddy, I'm there - my flight gets in a little earlier, but not much.

Yep I still need and would love a road runner buddy. :) Plus it would be nice to have company. I haven't made the reservations yet thought maybe we should talk on IM to get the times right. and maybe see if anyone else responds so we can add more people. Though I think at four people...the savings might go down.

Yeah, waiting's probably a good idea; I'll make a post about it too and see if anyone responds there. My plane arrives at 12:20, incidentally.

hmm that's pretty good timing. I think waiting another day or so may not be a bad idea in case more people want to reserve with us. Also according to the reservation list I think we still have some time.

You mean after the con? I'm actually staying in Cali for a few extra days (woo vacation!) and then leaving out of Ontario, so I won't be part of the departure end.

got an update on my flight now it's supposed to arrive at 2:10 and I hope that doesn't change much more. I relaly wanted to get into LAX early enough to beat the worst traffic at 4-5.

I'm trying to download Y!M again. They've added so much crap that it's no longer an easy matter to install it. I've actually never used IM.

Now that Escapade is at one of the LAX hotels it's been much easier finding transportation to the hotel.
