paper done
Dec. 9th, 2002 01:23 pmI only got 2 hours of sleep last night, but I finished my paper and it's turned in. Now I just have to study for finals and I'm done with this semester.
I guess it's pretty obvious by now to anyone reading this that there may not be very many deep thoughts going on in this journal. Sometimes I have moments where I think of something important and then I get distracted with something else.
i'm a criminal justice major and I plan on becoming a police officer if possible when I graduate and just by taking these classes I'm losing my faith that the United States is a free country. Before this semester I never really gave it much thought, I really did just assume we had the freedom to live our lives without the government interfering. I thought that maybe the United States was the best country to live in, hell we have a ton of songs praising our "freedoms" but the more I learn the more scared I'm becoming of my own government. I think the Lone Gunmen were onto something when they talked about government conspiracies. I'm sort of the opinion that if you can't beat them join them. (referring to the US government.)
