Andromeda

Okay I've been watching Andromeda lately and I sort of like this series. So far my favorite character is Harper, however I haven't had much luck finding good fan fics with Harper as one of the main characters. Or any good fan fics for that matter with Andromeda as the main universe. Some of the stories I found are rather scary...Like I found one that had a rape warning but no one was really raped, in fact it read more like a Dylan bashing fic and Harper is a slut fic, who enjoys slavery because the sex is so great...I mean I got a few good laughs but near the end of the story I was rather disturbed by the fic. I heard of "bashing fics" where someone hates a character so they do horrible things to their character, like make them dumb as dirt, or ugly, in this case turn them into self centered idiot snobs who gets raped a lot. I'm not sure why this author hates the character Dylan so much? I was kind of curious by the end as to the author motives for the fic.

Anyway, today I finally finished editing part 3 of spellbound. rewriting some of my own sentences is hard work, I think I now know why so many authors hate revising. :( it took me weeks to go througbh 51 pages of my own text and weed out the stuff that really didn't work, and re-write.

I also reread some of my favorite chapters of the Tea series and again wish I had Telanu's skills. To be fair, she writes more than I do...so I can't complain too much.
