I think it's been a week since I last updated. It's now March 3...and I realized looking at the dates that time does fly by rather quickly.

This week is going okay so far, two days in a row subbing elementry school, I think i'll go crazy if I have another day like this one. These kids are like monsters, it amazes me that people willingly have children. I had kids cryign on me today because I wouldn't let them read outloud, because I took away minutes from recess, because some boy cut in front of her and I made them both go to the back of the line...it's endless. I think I'm rather good at making kids cry. :(

My mom assures me that kids that age cry very easily and should not worry so much.

She wasn't there....

Anyway, right now I'm having a writers dilemma and I desperately need a beta read who can tell me what isn't working but I don't know where to find someone willing to read through what I've already posted on the internet and then this new stuff I'm thinking of adding and comparing it to what I already have. it's driving me nuts at the moment. I'm probably going to have to spam mailing lists begging for beta readers and I know out of the 3 or 4 people who respond, maybe 1 will actually send something back saying they read the story. :(

So as of this moment, I'm going on my own judgement and I think the story is giong to be much much longer because I think what I'm doing at the moment might make a better story in the long run. I think I overkilled on the angst in the first 4 parts of my story.

I'm still excited about finishing the story but the lazy part of me just wants to post what I already have and be done with it.

I don't know if all writers feel this way... or just the really lazy writers. :)
