Promoting Supernatural

Link to CW message board where there is a poll... Okay I think I did my part. I'm actually kind of concerned that Supernatural might not get a third season because CW is stupidly placing it at the same time as Grey's Anatomy and CSI...(honestly they should be airing Smallville at 9pm because that show already has 6 years and it's own fan following while Supernatural is still kind of new.

But anyway...I voted for Supernatural and Veronica Mars which I think are the two best shows on the network.

Unfortunately, I think SPN is stuck at the 9pm slot because it's got too many curse words, blood, shootings, etc. to be able to be tame enough for the 8pm slot. HOWEVER. I think it's a good idea to maybe stick SPN at 10pm??

I don't know I think 10pm may be too late in the evening. A lot of people seem to go to bed by 11 or 10 pm.

The CW doesn't do 10 pm programming -- they only do the two hours a night.

I'm cautiously optimistic because SPN has been holding a good portion of the SV audience and that's what the CW execs said they wanted from it. (I don't think anyone seriously expected it to challenge CSI or GA)

The fact that it was one of the two shows they featured on the recent press tour (the other being Everybody Hates Chris which has already been renewed) I think bodes well too.

Good point. I think the fact that it's been doing as modestly well as it HAS been doing, in the time slot that it's got, is a good sign. Right?
