"Don't you think Bush looks tired?" pass it on??? am I missing something?

It's a quote from the Doctor Who episode 'The Christmas Invasion'. The Doctor comments that he can bring down the Prime Minister with only six words:

Don't you think she looks tired.

And then a scene or two later they cut to a morass of rumor, innuendo and general loss of confidence, as everyone assumes that there's *something* to the rumor and, the implication is, the Doctor really does bring her down with just those six words.
