Harry Potter Story Rec

Okay it's kind of weird lately some of my favorite Harry Potter stories have had no sex, no rape, no real relationships at all but I love them anyway. The latest story is In Blood Only http://owl.tauri.org/viewstory.php?sid=709

At first I didn't read the story because the premises sounded kind of cheesy and I could picture how bad it could be but after enough people recommended the story I was assured it might be worth the effort to read a story that doesn't even have sex in it.

Anyway, the story is excellent, Snape's character is spot on, Harry's reactions believable. The story moves forward, has excellent dialogue, action, it flows well. hmmm okay not sure what else to say except read for yourself and find out.

Cambiare Podentes has officially dissappaered from the net. From what I got from other people Aspen got upset with some reviewers or the admins of the website and pulled the story offline and won't respond to anyone's questions about the story or why she took it down. I also hear that she won't finish it. :(

so i'm kind of put out and will not read any of her other stories. I really do not appreciate people who post stories then remove them for no good reason, especially after over 1000 people reviewed the fic and asked for more.

As someone who doesn't get nearly taht much feedback I think I hvae more respect for the people who have written and let me know they enjoyed reading my stories. With her, I get the feeling she's taking it all for granted and won't even give her "fans" an answer.

I mean I'd understand if she had to take the story down for personal reasons or if she decided she wasn't going to finish it ever and didn't want to torture a new generation of fan fic readers, but to not post anything at all...it just sucks because the story was actually rather interesting.

Now to answer your other question I have not found any really good Remus/Harry, or Remus/Sirius fan fic. If you find any please let me know. :)

to be fair, i never liked the way she'd post a tiny little part a day. it's very anoying to me. And there was somethng just off about that story.

I did find a good Remus/harry/Sev story once, but i think i reced it to you before.

You'd think there be at least some somewhere...

I liked CB but I agree, I also hated that she posted in tiny little parts. grrrr what the hell is with that? 2 paragraphs is hardly what I'd call a chapter.
