a place to hide bysdraevn I think I might have recced this story a long time ago but I just re-read it and I remembered how much this fic chilled me. I loved the writing, the plot, John trying to hold it together, and pretty much everything else.
I'm going to bed early tonight so I can get to the convention early. I was not able to make a cake like I planned because I didn't think to check to see how many eggs were left and my husband ate the last three, and I didn't find out until really late. :(
