Supernatural
All That Is Good In Thy Sight by [livejournal.com profile] maygra first story in the Second Sight series.

untitled (a stanford fic) by [livejournal.com profile] moveablehistory

On What Wings by [livejournal.com profile] groaty Oh wow this one just blew me away. It's a wing fic that started off funny and interesting and went to a place I wasn't expecting. Now I feel all contemplative and almost sad.

Recoil, Ricochet, and Reload by [livejournal.com profile] dotfic I'm not sure if there is more afterwards but I thought this was an excellent look into Sam and Dean's childhoods and how Sam's powers have grown? I also like the monsters in each part. :)

Looking for Salt by [livejournal.com profile] dotfic (X-Files/Supernatural) I like crossovers and this one had spot on voices, zombies, and opens up possiblities for maybe more stories. :)

The Late Late Late Show by [livejournal.com profile] cadhla more zombies. :) Loved the dialogue and how the story resolves itself.

For a Murderous Thing by [livejournal.com profile] dracostella This was just wrong, wrong, and plain wrong! I couldn't stop giggling at the end.

Just Like High School by [livejournal.com profile] devildoll This one also cracked me up. :) Loved the interaction between John and Rodney and the comments! :)

Pianoforte by[livejournal.com profile] mirabile_dictu I liked this story a lot, great character voices, I loved how Rodney and Ronon came together, and the interweaving of Ronon's past with the future.
amalthia: (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Okay I thought yesterday I had reached the heights of laziness, lots of fic reading, watching Doctor Who, and basically getting up just enough to make this awesome salad and then popcorn for later. (was too lazy to really make a real dinner). It felt decadant and I had a blast. (being lazy is highly underated as a big source of fun)

So yesterday I thought nothing could top this, well today I did. Woke up around 11am...read some more fics was planning on going to the gym at 3pm but got kind of sleepy so I took a nap! woke up around 4pm after some really strange dreams from which I woke up with a craving for Chinese food. and now I think I convinced my husband we absolutely have to have chinese food for dinner tonight. (anyone from Houston on my flist that knows any good resturants?? that are affordable yet serve a large quanity of food? or at least have a tasty menu?)

Later I plan to read more fics and watch more Doctor Who. I almost feel guilty that I'm not going to the beach or the lake, or visit the family. But considering it's been raining since I woke up this morning the guilt didn't last long. And honestly the 6 hour drive to go visit family....it's just not something I wanted to do this weekend.

Naturally, after these four days of taking it easy and going to bed late and sleeping in to noon. Wed is going to be a bitch when I have to get up at 730am again.

A Thing Decided by [livejournal.com profile] yin_again (SGA/First Monday) I really liked this fic. I liked Julian's impressions and it doesn't hurt that the sex was really hot. :)

Unexpectable by [livejournal.com profile] coreopsis I liked this story, normally I'm kind of meh about kids in a fic but this one worked for me. I thought John and Rodney's voices were spot on.

Reality by [livejournal.com profile] resonant8 I loved John's one sided crush and how he sees Rodney.

Observation by [livejournal.com profile] lamardeuse Loved Rodney in this story.
amalthia: (Farscape)
That Pon Farr Thing by [livejournal.com profile] mmmchelle Um the concept is cliche but the execution isn't. :) I loved Rodney and John's interaction in this story and the sex was really hot.
