My computer still hates me

Okay I spent this weekend reformatting and re-installing everything....well the USB device drivers are still buggy, last night I couldn't use my usb flash drive, and then this morning when I woke up my computer was off and when I hit restart well the power came on but nothing was reaching my monitor or speakers.

I'm guessing there is something wrong with my motherboard. :(
Which is better than finding out my harddrive crashed, which now that I think about it is maybe a possiblity. I'm just not sure what the symptoms are of a harddrive crash because that's never happened with me. Normally, I'd think the bios would flash something like can't find operating system...but right now I'm getting nothing.

thank god I have a laptop, it looks like I may end up needing it to check my email this week. (I don't think my vid is going to be done in time for Escapade, I've spent all my free time just trying to get my computer to work and it didn't even occur to me to move my production libraries over to my laptop because I thought my computer was fixed after the reformat and re-install) It was working last night when I went to bed.

feeling rather depressed today

I'm trying not to feel depressed about my computer situation. It's not like I can't buy a new motherboard/or power supply to fix it. I guess I just can't stop worrying that maybe my harddrive is messed up too and I hate that my computer is kind of broken right now and I'm at work so I can't do anything about it. I'm having a hard time concentrating today.
