Not sure what to do

On Saturday I got a prescription for antibodics for the UTI infection and well I've been taking the pills like prescribed well last night I got a small rash on one arm but didn't think anything of it so this morning I took another pill and now the rash is spreading, right now it's just itchy and uncomfortable, but I'm thinking this is an allergic reaction to the medicine.

I'm not sure if I should keep taking the pills? On one hand, you're supposed to finish your antibodics even if you're already feeling better, but i also don't want this allergic reaction to get worse. :(

Also I can't afford to go back to the doctors, it already cost a lot of money on Saturday just to see a nurse practictioner and I don't want the infection thing to come back.

I thought maybe if I took a benadryl with the medicine the antistamines would help counteract the allergic reaction...

I got another 6 or 8 hours before I'm due to take the next pill so I got time to think about this and listen to any and all advice I can get.
