Random Realizations

amalthia1) Figured out today that my favorite brand of crochet hook makers (Boyle) have outsourced their crochet hook manufacturing to China. It has negatively impacted the quality of their hooks. Luckily, I found the last right sized hook (well it's going to be now) that was in the store so I can start my sister's x-mas blanket (or possibly b-day blanket) I don't like the hooks from China because they feel different and the paint chips off them faster which is kind of scary considering these hooks are made out of Aluminum.
2) I need to re-do all my music videos using DV source footage for them because I realized they kind of look like crap when I increase the size and it's because the original source I was using was AVI xvid encoded. :( And I can't even test things out tonight because on my desktop computer the DVD burner/player is broken.
3) I love my cats way too much. I realized this tonight as I was putting ice cubes in their water dish so they can have cold water too.
4) Cats and air mattresses are not a good combo. I keep waiting for either Grey or Tiger to pop my bed. It only needs to surivive one more night....This also goes back to loving them too much. I can't seem to kick them out of my room.
