Amalthia's recs and fan works

Well I think what irked me is they don't come out and say what exactly they want in terms of proof of visit. Or what they want to know about the specific library I've chosen to profile. Maybe I'm supposed to just figure it out but with a portion of my grade on the line I don't like doubts and would just like them to tell me what they are looking for? Because for the most part I don't see why you have to step foot in a physical library to find the answers? However my husband tells me that I'm supposed to figure this out myself because apparently in the real world people who get paid more don't have guidelines or something like that and have to figure it all out themselves. Which I think is kind of jacked up if that's the case. i'd think guidelines are important at every level.
