Home from Escapade!

I made it back and now I have to get ready for bed.

I had a wonderful time hanging with my best friend and roommate lovesrain44 and meeting new people, who I hope to meet at future conventions. :)

btw, I blame you. I started watching DS9. I love it so far.

it was in Ventura which is about an hour north of LA. :) I think you'll enjoy the rest of DS9 then because for most people season 1 was a bit slow and it just gets better each season. :)

I understand that criticism. But the world and characters are so interesting. I don't mind slow.

what I like is that they do a great job of introducing you to the characters and it's so funny that some of them don't LIKE each other at all! And when you see how it plays out over the next 6 seasons it's so awesome. There is true character growth and the details do count.
