I had hoped to make a German Chocolate cake tonight. The only problem is I'm missing a single ingredient. An egg! We have two in the fridge and apparently all the cake boxes say you need three. I'm debating on trying anyways with just two...but my imaginary cake that I'm craving is supposed to taste like it did last time when I used 3 eggs....

I'm torn between staying home and converting more fan fiction stories into ebooks or heading over to the store to buy eggs so I can bake a cake and somehow hide that from my husband. He'll want to know why I didn't buy more groceries while I was there. I'm rather sure he'll notice if a brand new cartoon of eggs showed up in the fridge.

I don't even want to eat all the cake, just half of it.

Um in other news not much else is happening this Saturday.

I think most recipes are written using medium eggs, and most people buy large or extra large!

Or a list of egg substitutes? http://www.pioneerthinking.com/eggsub.html

mmm, cake
