amalthiaI'm using the cut tag because I have a month's worth of recs and I didn't want to kill anyone's bandwidth. :) I'm also about a month behind on updating the Ebook Library. But I think I needed the break. School for the semester is almost over but I'm going to take 2 classes in a 5 week period for Summer I so I'm not sure how that'll go in terms of time required? I suspect updates may be few and far between until summer is over.

Stuck Between Heaven and Hell by mahaliem (Pairing:Clark/Lex) I loved the over the top humor and laughed more than once.
Primary Directive by mahaliem (pairing:clark/lex) This was so funny. I laughed more than once. I loved Lex's pov.
Heart of Darkness by dogpoet I loved the use of imagery in the story and how Lex rescued Clark. This was an interesting AU.
Last Best Hope by Dogpoet (Pairing:Clark/Lex) I loved the concept and the way the story played out. I also loved Clark and Lex saving the world together.
DCU
The Electric Pull of Spring by merelymine (Pairing:Tim/Kon) This story was a lot of fun. And I loved the ending.
Age of Innocence by Derryderrydown (pairing:Bart/Wally) I loved the character voices and the sex was hot and as the author warns very wrong.
More Than Blood by irrelevant (pairing:Tim/Jason Pairing:Dick/Tim) This hit all my kink buttons hard. Short but intense story.
Music of the Spheres by mithen (Pairing:Bruce/Clark) I think this is one of the longer stories in the DCU fandom and I absolutely love Batman/Superman crossovers. I couldn't stop reading this story once I started.
Autonomous Control by mithen (Pairing:Bruce/Clark) I love stories where Bruce and Clark find out each others secret identities and while this one was short it was still rather hot.
Dodge-town by shrift (Pairing:Dick/Tim) I loved Tim's voice in this story and the sex was hot.
Contingency by thehoyden (Pairing:Bruce/Dick) I loved the character voices and the build up was lovely.
The Way I Was Made by hackthis (Pairing:Tim/Kon) I loved Kon's voice in this story and how it goes back and forth showing defining moments in his life. I also loved Tim's role.
Hawaii Five-0
This Thing of Ours (It Needs a Better Name) by Leupagus (pairing:Danny/Steve) INSTANT REC!!! I loved Danny as a mob boss and how he and Steve fell in love. I remember laughing a few times at the antics in the story.
Highlander
Attention, Shoppers by amand_r (Pairing:Duncan/Methos Pairing:Amanda/Methos) This was so funny and I loved the Wal-Mart moments.
Batman/Iron Man
Business Negotiations by elspethdixon (Pairing:Bruce/Tony) I loved Tony Stark's pov and the sex was pretty hot. :) Just wish there were more xovers between Batman and Iron Man.
Iron Man
Look here, look back, look ahead by Marinarusalka (Tony/Steve) I had a blast reading this story. I loved the 1940s AU aspect and how the story played out.
Inception
Mr. Eames and Mr. Eames by jibrailis (Pairing:Arthur/Eames) INSTANT REC!!! This story about killed me! I don't think I laughed this hard in ages. :)

Perfection by whiskyrunner (pairing:arthur/eames) I fell over from the hotness in this story. :)
Can't Get Enough of You (Baby) by Renay (pairing:arthur/eames) I adored this story. Arthur's voice felt so right and I loved Eames and the kid stuff.
Crime and Medicine by eleveninches (Pairing:Arthur/Eames) INSTANT REC!!! I had so much fun with this story. I loved the small twists in this verse and I laughed quite often. Arthur's character voice was priceless. :)
Wherever You Will Be (That's Where I'll Call Home) by Gyzym (pairing:arthur/eames) INSTANT REC!!! I loved all the big and small moments of Arthur and Eames life together in this series. :)
The Waking Years by weatherfront (Pairing:Arthur/Eames) I especially loved how the guys hooked up in this story. :)
you're a genius, you've got to remember by obfuscate (Pairing:Arthur/Eames) I liked Arthur's voice and how he and Eames met.
Spiderman/X- Men
All of the Animals by Jane St Clair (Pairing:Logan/Scott Pairing:Scott/Jean) This was hot and I loved the character voices.
Some kept safe by liviapenn (Pairing:Peter/Logan) I loved Peter's and Logan's pov in this story.
Highlander Vid
God's Gonna Cut You Down by friendshipper (vid:recs:highlander) I loved the song choice and editing. This was an awesome vid for the Horseman story arch in Highlander.
Tangled
What Once Was/Life Begins by still_ciircee (Rapunzel/Eugene) This was a perfect coda to the movie.
Merlin
8x12x8 by skellerbvvt (merlin/arthur) INSTANT REC!!! I rarely read stories this heartbreaking and hopeful.
Before the Sun Breaks Another Day by melting_pot_inc (merlin/arthur) Summary: Three months after her disappearance, Morgana returns to Camelot with a hidden agenda, but she's not the only one keeping secrets, and a series of unintended revelations forces her, Merlin and Arthur on an intertwined journey of revenge, redemption and love.
Review: I loved that the characters were multi-dimensional. The plot made sense, the writing was fantastic, and I loved the interactions between Arthur and Merlin as well as the moments between Merlin and Morgana. All the characters felt fleshed out and I had a hard time putting this story down once I started.
Real Men Don't Wear Girdles by heygirlfriends (pairing:Merlin/Gwaine) I had a blast reading this story. I loved the dirty songs, the poems mixed in, and the character voice for Gwaine.

Date: 2011-05-01 12:55 am (UTC)Mithen has written so much! I'm constantly running into her fics. Irreverent is another author that's quickly becoming a favorite of mine for DCU fics. I love the Tim/Kon pairing a lot and well actually Tim/Anyone works for me as well. :)
