worst headache ever

amalthiaThis morning around 9am I woke up with this godawful headache, I went to the bathroom to get a towel to put over my eyes thinking maybe less light would help and I felt dizzy from the pain, however lying down seemed to help and the towel over the eyes helped me fall back asleep. anyway, today I'm not taking any more allergy medicines for at least 2 days.
I think I've been taking allergy medicine for too long and it's starting to hinder my sleep instead of helping it.
I feel a little better now, am eating some cereal and took some tylenol.
Last night and mostly I guess this morning I had some of the strangest dreams (seriously I never ever should have watched any zombie movies) In one, it was a mix between battlestar galactica and return of the living dead, were the crew crash lands on a planet full of zombies. It was really scary. A lot of stuff happened and the scenery changed more than once. But the moral of the story is what I watch does affect what I dream.
