I'm finally watching this series. I downloaded all of season one and I'm actually enjoying it more than I thought I would. I like the premises even though I sometimes think the family stuff is too 7th Heaven. I started watching this series because Michael Welch (the boy that played O'Neill in Fragile Balance is in the series). I'm giving some thought to maybe looking for fan fiction for this series but to be honest I haven't run across any so far so I may not have to look for the stuff. blah.

Gosh, Joan of Aradia. I absolutely loved that show. Unfortunately, no, there hasn't been a lot of fic written about the show, much less the dark, angsty ones we love. About the only one that would fit, I think, would be Yahtzee's "Goodnight, Moon." She wrote it for a "Day After Tomorrow" semi-apocolyptic weather challenge. It's really good: http://www.thechicagoloop.net/yahtzee/Otherfic/JoAGoodnightMoon.htm

She also wrote one other short JOA story, and it was between the first and second seasons, and about Grace. She wrote it for me, actually, through one of those fandom charity deals. If you like Grace, it's worth reading: http://www.thechicagoloop.net/yahtzee/Otherfic/FiveThingsShesNot.htm

And again, if you like Grace, I wrote a Joan/Grace friendship piece for Yuletide last year (eeee, yuletide! I can't wait for this year's sign-ups.): http://yuletidetreasure.org/archive/10/opportunitiesmissed.html

But really, that's all I've got. :( Such a shame.
