Harry Potter story search

amalthiaI'm trying to find a Harry Potter story and I was hoping someone on my flist may have read enough Harry Potter fan fiction to recognize the story author or title from an event that happened in the story.
In this story, Harry is writing letters to his Aunt Petunia and in one of the letters he reassures her that he'd never harm her or his uncle and cousin. I think she's afraid of Harry for some reason... Then when Harry arrives home for the summer he finds out this aunt and uncle had packed up and moved houses, basically abandoning him. I think Harry goes and lives on his own for a while before going over to Draco's house.
This story isn't "Realizations" or "Harry Potter and the Cursed Summer."
If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.
