in other news, spent most of the day sitting in a urgency care clinic, found out it was cheaper to not use my insurance to get to see a doctor...it still cost me 100 dollars, but I feel better having the medicine I need. I was so pissed off at the clinic earlier I almost started crying. Mostly I was pissed that I'm spending a lot of money on insurance and I can't even get seen on a Saturday without having to pay a 100 deductable on top of a 50 dollar co-pay. grrr I'm going to have to find a better way to see a doctor that'll be more affordable. not that I get UTI infections often. :(

now in happier news, wistfuljane found out how to get your delicious tags to post to LJ and I'm going to try doing this for my recs, it'll be weird at first because I've never done this before and well actually I'm not sure yet it'll work.

Basically, I still need to update my master rec list, and I'm spending more time crocheting, watching Dark Angel, and eating german chocolate cake.

Hit Me, Baby by albydarned (Sam/Andy) This was hot, and I loved Sam and Andy's character voices.

He Sleeps in the Ruins by 1shotjunkie (Sam/Jensen, RPS/SPN) I felt bad for Sam and Jensen.

All around your daddy's door by eloise_bright (demon!John/Dean) I liked angst a lot.

Sticks and Stones by estrella30 (Jared/Jensen) This is pretty much a classic hurt/comfort fic and I liked the character voices.

Forced Perspective by hopeful_fiction (Gen, pre-series) This was cute and funny. :)

Stargate SG-1/Atlantis

Youth Is Wasted On the Young by princessofg (Jack/Daniel) this is a missing scene from the Fragile Balance AU Not Us and I liked it.

A Lorentzian Slip of the Tongue by runpunkrun (Sheppard/McKay) this was sweet and funny and kind of hot there at the end. :)

Doctor Who

Sally Sparrow Against The Toclafane by samdonne (Gen) I loved Sally and Larry in this story. :)

One Year After by trobadora (Ten/Jack) This was sad and touching.
