I'm not sure if I mentioned this LJ that I've been watching Heroes, I downloaded the leaked? Pilot episode months before it aired on real TV and I'm totally in love with this show. Anyway, am now wishing I found this show after season 1 was already over because I'm really getting into this.

Not much more to say, have this godawful headache and it's getting worse by the hour. :( Though last nights episode of Heroes helped me take my mind off my head for a bit.

tomorrow I'll see about finding icons for this show.

the last forty seconds nearly killed me. I really thought something bad was going to happen and then when Hiro showed up....I felt like jumping up and down on the couch. Really I can't believe how attached I am to these characters already.

I was jumping up and down on the couch! :D That was just fantastic, and it was so cool to see how Hiro is going to tun out ~ I loved the little interaction between him and Peter, when he sort of smiled at him and said he looked different without his scar ... what scar?!

the headache is gone! :) I took some tylenol went to bed slightly early and woke up feeling sleepy but no headache. :)Last night was kind of sucking, although watching Hereos helped a lot. :)

So how's your vidding stuff coming along??? This week I'm working on a story instead of vidding. (actually working on a computer all day turns me off wanting to work on my own computer when I get home) :( grrrrr

Pinnacle is still being an ass and won't render the SPN vid properly :/ But I've decided to just post the version I managed to get out of it, flaws and all, so I will put that up on LJ later this evening. Hopefully can get the SGA vid I'm working on finished soon, but whether I can persuade Pinnacle to render it is another matter :)

after reading all these problems with Pinnacle I'm really glad I didn't use it back when I started vidding. (though now I'm trying to learn how to use Ulead Media studio pro....so new learning curve all over again)

as for pinnacle are you using the newest version with all the update patches?

It's Studio Plus 9.4. When I first got it there were no problems, I could run lots of other stuff at the same time, but now .... ack. Just constantly saying it has run out of memory, which frankly isn't possible.

Anyway, enough of me spamming your LJ about my ongoing, never-ending Pinnacle problems!

Hopefully the vid will be up later, in some form or other :)

Um don't worry about spamming my LJ I love talking about vidding stuff and sometimes I forget if I'd already asked a question. Not sure if you're up for downloading illegal software or not but it may not hurt to upgrade to Pinnacle 10? Not sure if that will take care of the bugs that are cropping up in your current version...but surely it's got to be better than what's going on now.

There's pretty much nothing I wouldn't try at this point. I get so disappointed and frustrated at not being able to vid like I used to :/ Tonight, for example, I've again been trying to render the SPN vid since I got in, that's nearly 3 hours, and it still won't do it properly ~ I just have that strage saved sort of version I mentioned a couple of days back in my LJ. So that's what I'm uploading, cos after 3 weeks of trying to render the damn thing, I'm sick of it :(

do you have high speed download??? and know how to use torrents? if so go to torrentspy.com or isohunt.com and type in Pinnacle. There are cracked versions for the new program, or if you'd like I can burn a copy on CD for you and snail mail the program to you. I hate when stuff like this happens to me and I want to help. Basically, I'd love to see more videos from you and it sucks that the program isn't cooperating.

I do have high-speed download, though I never actually use torrents.

It does annoy me, mostly because Pinnacle worked flawlessly for ages then this! Someone I know from LJ is visiting the UK next month and she's a bit of a computer whizz and is determined to fix this for me, so I'm pretty much pinning all my hopes on her! If not though, I would love to take up your very kind offer, thank you so much :)

I think learning how to use torrents can make your life so much easier. I think considering your program was working fine for so long that if you have installed anything new...the codecs might be conflicting? basically it sounds like there is something conflicting within your system and I hope your computer friend is able to figure it out.

if you decide to take up learning how to use torrents, I recommend the program utorrent and if you have any other questions I'm online a lot so I should be able to help somewhat.
