I think the difference between my mom and dad is that my dad makes me feel like a wonderful and good person just the way I am and my mom makes me feel like white trash she can't get rid of. She even said tonight that I'm difficult to live with. :( And this is of course after I spent over an hour dusting, sweeping, mopping, sweeping the outside front porch and staying home all day waiting for a guy to come to paint plaster in her room so she could go to Austin.

I don't believe I'm that difficult to live with. :( And it really hurt my feelings having her say that.

I hope not. I don't say mean things like that to my brother and sister. :(

I'll get over it. She seems rather careless with her words and I'm sure she's already forgotten what she said.

I also liked those song lyrics you posted. :) I think they are rather accurate.
