small update

amalthiathings are hectic as ever, the guys are almost finished with adding the wooden flooring into my mom's house and once they are finished we can clean the house up so we can actually use the kitchen again. :) We've been eating out or ordering food for the last 4 nights and I'm looking forward to some fresh veggies and my mom's cooking.
I'm hoping tomorrow we can go and see Kill Bill 2 though we may have to wait until Sunday or Monday. I just hope it's better than the Alamo. :)
I'm trying to stay upbeat though I think these last days have been hard on everyone, including our pet dog, Padin. The poor girl isn't eating like she used to and I'm afraid she may be sick...though it could be stress too. We haven't changed anything in her food and she seems to have enough energy to go walking 3 miles a day. (She's getting more exercise then me) so I'm assuming she's okay. I guess I'm just afraid she's going to die and that I'll miss her terribly. I know all dogs die and that they have shorter lives than humans but I still have this hope that I can keep her alive as long as possible. Anyway my mom says is she doesn't eat tomorrow then we are taking her to the vet.
