Is it really only 4:20pm?
Nov. 15th, 2008 07:33 pmI'm really tired!
First I got up around 11am...which is a lovely time to wake up on a Saturday btw. Then was stuck on phone with Walgreen's phramacy people for about an hour. (that part of the day sucked) Figured out it would be less stressful to just take my info to Fred Meyers (Krogers of the north?) and let them get me my birth control. (the problem is there is no Walgreens in Anchorage, AK) After hanging up phone in complete frustration with nothing solved my husband and I went ice skating. The ice skating was fun but really windy, cold, and the ice outside isn't smooth like a ice skating rink which was odd. We lasted about 15 minutes on the ice before we turned tail and ran back to the car. :) Tomorrow we're looking for a ice skating rink. The plus side is my new skates worked rather well and I got to see more of anchorage.
After we got home, I found out that one of the clothing items I bought on Thursday was the wrong size so I had to drive all the way back to JCpenny's and get that exchanged (and I picked up another pair of pants but in a different color) And then drove to Fred Meyer's and went through the Pharmacy line and got a very friendly person that seemed more than capable of getting me my medicine.
And I just got home now.
Things I'm looking forward to tonight. Eating spagetti that I cook because my spagetti is rather awesome. Watching Merlin, The Fast and the Furious move 1 (my husband never saw it and we saw the trailer for the sequel last night at the theaters for Quantum of Solace.) And if I have time I'll really love to re-watch Wall-E.
And here's a picture of me on the ice. :)
