Another headache

amalthiaWell it's Saturday night, and I have another bad headache, so I talked with my brother and he says he thinks my body is under stress from the anti-ergonomic chair I use at work and as a result by the end of the week I'm in pain. (that makes sense to me) I can only conclude that hte pain in my neck/back is causing these headaches, I normally start to get them by Friday/Saturday and sometimes I feel more okay on Sundays. But really it would be nice to have one weekend when I'm not in so much pain I can't concentrate on anything.
My younger brother told me I should get off my laptop and watch tv after taking tylenonl. He thinks that'll help my neck and headache more than anything else.
In other news, both kitties are asleep next to me on the couch looking as adorable as ever.
My goal for tomorrow is to get the rough draft of this sga vid for sweet charity done. (I'm so late on both of my sweet charity vids I feel horrible about it)
Tonight, I watched the Waitress and I liked it, I ordered a Papa John's pizza ate about four slices, and then I ate the cherries I picked up at the grocery store today. It feels weird being home alone.
Off to take some pain pills.
