Searching for a Harry Potter fic

I'm looking for a story and I can't remember much about it except that the Hufflepuff's won the House Cup because Professor Snape and Professor McGongall kept taking points off each other's students to prevent the other from winning...and Hufflepuff sort of won by default because they beat Ravenclaw at Quidditch during an important match. Or something like that.

Anyway, I can't get this out of my head and it's bugging me that I can't figure out which fan fic I read that had this senario.

If anyone can help me, I'll appreciate it
