Coda by [livejournal.com profile] fiercelydreamed (Sheppard/McKay, AU) this is a sequel/coda to the wonderful story Unidentified. I really loved the characters in this verse.

on a personal note: my toread tag at del.icio.us is at 209, There are a ton of interesting looking stories getting posted this summer and well I have days were I read a lot and other days, like today, where I have horrible neck pain/headache and can barely concentrate on one thing at a time. Basically, if you've posted a story weeks ago and I normally leave feedback, there's a good chance I just haven't had the chance to read it yet. I can't remember if every summer is this prolific, or if this is the first summer I'm reading in multiple fandoms, like SPN, SGA, Die Hard, House, HP, PoTC, and Doctor Who. And I'm also reading het/gen/slash, though I'm giving some serious consideration to backburner all het fics for the time being.

Also, I'm not reading fics if my ?style=mine doesn't fix the font to make it bigger in IE7. There are a few favorite authors of mine where I'd love to read their stories but I'll have to add the fics to my Sony Reader in order to read them comfortably, which means it could take awhile, I'm still reading Wizard's Song by Telanu and that's a over 200k words. I'm not sure what happened to LJ but i've noticed a rash of tiny text fics. (I read somewhere that maybe it's the Rich Text Editor?) So yeah, I'm not ignoring anyone on purpose, and my lack of feedback does not mean I don't like your story. (though sometimes that's what it does mean) but if you're on my toread list...it means I haven't had the chance to read your story yet.

As for the tiny text thing...I hate css scripts for fan fiction pages if you're using them please don't set a font size. I'd love to name names on the author's who's fics I can't read at their personal websites (because I'd love to read their stories) but apparently that's just not done anymore, and well the list would be VERY long. Basically, this is my plea to the writers as a reader, please make your fics easier to read for your readers. Don't set a font size, let us pick it, if you're posting to LJ...don't use the rich text editor?? or set your font size bigger in word??? Okay, I have no clue what the hell is going on with the LJ posts...but if you have a website you do have complete control over how your fics are presented. At the moment, fics that I can read without squinting are getting top priority.
