I didn't know what it was, so went and looked at imdb, where it's getting rave reviews - are you serious or joking, then? (I probably wouldn't see it, anyways, as a) I rarely go to the movies [1-2 times a year], b) I'm not into the bloody, scary movies these days.)

I'm not sure why it's getting rave reviews...I just got back from the movie and neither my husband nor myself liked this movie. I think it went for gross out stuff and it was really gross but not very scary and the ending really didn't work for me.

But to be honest, some of my favorite horror movies are Alien and the Others.

Maybe I'm being too picky, except I'm rather sure the Grudge was better than this movie. Not sure if I should add more about why I didn't like the movie but that's hard to do without giving spoilers. If you do watch and enjoy it, please let me know why it worked for you because I'd be curious to know what it was I missed.

I read enough about it on IMDB to not watch it - I'm not so good with gore these days.

I'm embarrassed to admint how long it took me to realize that "dragged to hell" wasn't a comment about your evening, but the title. *^_^*

Well the movie wasn't 'that' bad! :) hehe but um yeah I can see how the title of post can be rather misleading!

To be honest, I really hadn't planned on it. I mean.. It sounds like that horror movie from season 2 of SPN, and that's enough to make me laugh myself stupid just considering it ^_~

SPN had scarier episodes in season 1 and 2 which is what I loved about it and they didn't have to resort to grossing people out. Well not much anyways! :)

Next movie on my list to see is Up. :)

Aw, I wanted this to be a good horror movie. I'm still bummed that I didn't get to go see Haunting in Conneticut. I might go see it for cheap sometime in the middle of the week to get out of the heat. : )
