Saw the movie this afternoon. I love movies with a lot of mass destruction and this one delievered. I hope that didn't spoil the movie for anyone. :)

The critics didn't seem to like the movie and I can see some of their points but I think I liked the movie better than the critics did. There really aren't enough mass destruction movies. Did I mention I love mass destruction and end of the world type flicks. :)

Not going to write much more because I honestly don't want to give out spoilers on accident.

good movie, maybe it could have been better but I don't see how myself.

i never saw the old black and white version. I do konw the special effects have improved though. :)
