Stargate Atlantis season finale

amalthiaI hate season finales!!!! Now I have to wait to summer to see what happens to Sheppard!!!! :( Atlantis got really good these last 8 or 9 episodes. I'm going to have to find out when they plan on showing new episodes, I hate cliffhangers! :( almost makes me regret that I downloaded them off the internet instead of waiting patiently for Sci-Fi channel to air the damn show. I guess I'll have to content myself with Smallville, Stargate SG-1, Lost, and Jack and Bobby until I can see the new season of Atlantis.
The actor who plays Sheppard, i didn't think I'd like him at first, but he sort of grew on me as well as Teyla and Ford. I've always liked McKay. :) Oh and Beckett...I'm trying to think of some ideas for Atlantis fan fics, but it's not the same as Stargate because every world they visit is in some way affected by the Wraith...it makes it rather difficult I'd imagine for most of these planets to develop the same way they did in the SG-1 galaxy.
Well I'll have plenty of time to rewatch this season while waiting for season 2. Maybe I'll think of something in the meantime.
