amalthiaOkay I woke up around 10am, okay to be honest 11am....hopped about for a bit checked my downloads on bitcomet. Currently downloading BSG season 1, I stupidedly deleted them as I watched and now I want to watch again and have to download all over again. :( I'm also downloading some anime, Rose of Versailles, and this incest anime Koi Kaze, that's all I know about it. the story has some potential to be really funny or tragic. I won't know until I watch.
I have more anime titles lined up for downloading later. but anyway back to hopping about the apartment. I was at my computer and realized about the 30th time I had to use a tissue to blow my nose that I should take some allergy medicine. Last time we were at HEB (grocery store chain in Texas) the medicine shelf was cleaned out. It looked like the superflu had hit America and everyone went and got the non-drowsy affordable medicines, leaving behind the super expensive stuff and the super cheap stuff that MAY make you drowsy. Confident of my own ablities to take medicine and not fall asleep and considering the alternatives of having to breath through my mouth for weeks if my husband is gone that long. I decided to pick up some Benedryl.
OMG....I took one little pill and sure my nose cleared up in no time, but I couldn't keep my eyes open. By 130pm I was falling asleep in front of my computer and by two after almost killing myself falling over I decided I better go to bed and I slept until 4pm, didn't really want to wake up but looked at the time and realized OMG it's 4pm and I forced myself to get out of bed. I'm just now kind of waking up again. My whole day is GONE!!!! And there's a good chance I won't be able to fall asleep tonight at 12 like normal.
anyway, now I know why no one took the cheap drowsy allergy medicine. That stuff really does knock you off your feet.
So the good news is some of my downloads are near completion and I've come up with a new idea for a music vid. I'm going with a favorite 80's song of mine and I've never seen a single vid to this song, so it's golden as far as I'm concerned. More updates on the vid later.

p.s.s. I also still need to figure out how to make my own banner for the Angst archive...I just finished installing the newest Adobe Photoshop before I passed out.
