My monitor is broken

Okay it's not really broken, last night I started messing with the montior settings and now it's all fucked up. :( Either that or it was fucked up before and I didn't know it, and now that it's back to the default settings it doesn't look right anymore. :(

anyway, my LJ looked messed up, I've even changed the entry background to white and it looked pink!

I'm doing research to find out how to set the settings on your monitor or what are the best settings but I still haven't figured out the difference between Black Level Adjust and RGB Adjust. :(

I miss my old monitor settings. Why didn't I write them down before I messed with them??? oh yeah, because I'm not always smart!!!!
